DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Information

The orders are carefully packaged and sent via next-day delivery using reputable couriers. Our delivery packaging helps the contents remain below 5°C for 24 hours and below 8°C for 48 hours. Customers are advised to remove the products from the delivery box and refrigerate or freeze them as soon as possible after receiving the delivery, especially if they are stated to be frozen. We do not profit from carriage costs. If you want to collect personally, we also accept collections from our Corby site on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 1-4 pm, payment for collection to be made on the website.

Disposing - Reusing Packaging

Since our ice packs are only guaranteed to stay cold for up to 48 hours, we recommend discarding them after delivery (empty contents into the bin and recycle the plastic), or refreezing and reusing them for your own personal needs. Our boxes are doorstep recyclable and reusable; however, foil-based liners may be reused as they cannot be recycled.

Changing Your Delivery Date

Feel free to reach out to us if you need to modify your delivery date. Kindly contact us the day before your parcel is scheduled to be shipped, which will be two days before your original delivery date. This will allow us to accommodate any changes before we pack and ship your parcel, which is done the day before your chosen delivery date.

Shipping Information

Please note that all VBites / VgnBox doorstep deliveries will receive an estimated delivery date, and it is important that the package is accepted on that day. While the courier may offer specific delivery time slots, please be aware that these are not guaranteed, and deliveries can sometimes extend into the evening. To ensure a smooth delivery process, we strongly recommend that customers be present to accept the package, as a signature may be required.

Delivery Issues

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any missed deliveries or issues that may arise due to the customer's absence during parcel acceptance. Additionally, we cannot be held accountable for any problems caused by errors in the customer's address. It's important to note that the shipping company operates separately from us, so any issues related to shipping and missed deliveries should be directed to the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to track their parcel and contact either us or the courier if there are any concerns about the delivery. If no effort is made to contact the courier or VBites within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery, we cannot be held liable for any spoiled goods, as it will be too late for us to intervene, and the goods may already be spoiled.

Delivery Schedule

We only ship from Mondays to Wednesdays, meaning that deliveries with overnight shipping will only be made from Tuesdays to Thursdays. We are currently only able to deliver to customers in the UK Mainland, where Next Day Delivery is available. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by email and can track your parcel via a tracking link.

Order Deadlines

Currently, orders can be made with delivery dates up to 7 days from the order date. However, there are cut-off points each day should you require next-day delivery:

- Order by 10 am on Monday for delivery on Tuesday

- Order by 10 am Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday

- Order by 10 am on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday

- Order by 10 am on Thursday for delivery on Friday

- Order by 10 am on Friday for delivery on Saturday – extra delivery charge

*Please keep an eye on your emails and the tracking link to track your parcel, making sure to check your spam folder for any updates.

*If you need your parcel by a certain day or special occasion, please do let us know in your order notes, and we will do our best to prioritize your order!

Orders to Northern Scotland

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to some areas of Northern Scotland e.g., Inverness, where Next Day delivery is not available.

Orders to Northern Ireland

Unfortunately, due to new Brexit restrictions, we are currently unable to ship parcels to Northern Ireland.
